Tom Blyth Family Lawyer

Tom is an admitted attorney of the High Court, specialising in the practice of family law.

Tom is also an accredited Mediator and Parental Coordinator (Family Mediators Association of the Cape), a Collaborative Lawyer and is the Chairperson of the National Association of Collaborative Professionals (NACP). Tom has been a lay counsellor and course facilitator for Lifeline Western Cape for the past 9 (nine) years.

Over the course of the past 15 (fifteen) years, Tom has gained extensive experience in the practice of family law, mediation, collaboration and litigation.

Tom’s family law practice is focused upon assisting families in crisis to resolve their disputes with dignity and in a mature manner through interest-based negotiation. By adopting a family centred approach and working with mental health practitioners, Tom offers innovative and collaborative solutions to family disputes.
