Sue-Ann Richardson

Sue-Ann obtained her social work degree at the University of Stellenbosch in 2009. She provides family-focused, individually sensitive, and trauma-informed services to children, teenagers, adults, couples, and families. She also offers parent, caregiver, and teacher training to better understand and support the children in their care. She is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment where her clients can explore their thoughts and feelings in a non-judgmental way. It is her goal to help her clients achieve their full potential and lead a fulfilling life.

She believes that knowing ourselves better, leads to a greater understanding of what we need, to learn how to meet our own needs, whether through self, family, or community.

She believes in the importance of including our bodies in the healing process, therefore using play, TRE and somatic awareness as part of her therapeutic approach.
